Who we are
This site is operated by Timmy's Dungeon ("we," "us," "our"). If you have questions about this policy or your data, open a ticket in the Timmy's Dungeon Discord.
Information we collect
Information you provide. When you connect your Discord account, we receive your Discord user ID, username, avatar, and, where you grant it, your verified email address. When you log a purchase to earn points or enter a giveaway, we collect the firm, order number, account size, and account type you submit. If you buy one of our own products, our payment and platform providers process your name, email, and payment details on our behalf.
From the free mail-in entry. If you enter a giveaway for free by mail, we collect the information you write on your entry card, such as your name, mailing address, date of birth, Discord username, and email address.
Information we create as you use the Rewards program. Your points balance and history, your entries, your redemptions and their delivery status, your Daily Drop spins and streak, your rank, any leaderboard name you choose, and your referral code and referrals.
Information collected to keep it fair. Your IP address, browser and device details, and records of the automated checks we run on what you submit.
If you win a prize. Where the law requires it, the tax identification information on a Form W-9 needed to report the prize.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our hosting provider may automatically collect usage data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring URLs.
Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to operate the site and community, verify and process giveaway entries and select winners, deliver and support products you purchase, communicate with you, prevent fraud and abuse, understand and improve our services, and comply with our legal obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed with service providers who help us run the site and services, which currently may include Discord (sign-in and community), Supabase (database), Whop (checkout and product access), and our website host. These providers process data on our behalf. We may also disclose information when required by law or legal process, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Automated checks
We run automated checks on the purchases you log, on your account, and on your device, to spot fake order numbers, duplicate accounts, and abuse. These checks can flag an account for review. A person reviews it before we close an account or cancel points. If we do, you can appeal by opening a ticket in our Discord.
Data retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, and then delete or anonymize it. As a general guide: your account, points, entries, and redemption history are kept while your account is open and for a period afterward so we can handle disputes and fraud; free mail-in entries from people who did not win are deleted after that week's draw closes; and winner records and tax documents are kept as long as tax record-keeping rules require. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To make a request, open a ticket in our Discord. We will honor requests as required by applicable law. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA/CPRA (California) or the GDPR (EEA/UK); this policy is intended to support those rights as they apply to us.
Children's privacy
This site and our services are intended only for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.
International users
We operate in the United States, and your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other countries that may have different data protection laws than your own. By using the site, you consent to this transfer.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date above.
