Weekly Giveaway Official Rules
These rules replace all earlier versions. If anything on the site conflicts with these rules, these rules control. Please read them with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. No purchase necessary
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not improve the chance that any single entry is drawn. You can also enter for free by mailing in an index card as described in section 3, with no limit on how many free entries you may submit, so the free method offers the same opportunity to enter as buying. Every entry in the draw, free or purchased, has exactly the same chance of being selected.
2. Who is running this
The sponsor is Timmy's Dungeon. You can reach us by opening a ticket in the Timmy's Dungeon Discord. Our mailing address for giveaway matters, including free mail-in entries, is: Timmy's Dungeon Giveaway, 1032 E Brandon Blvd #3291, Brandon, FL 33511. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Discord, Google, YouTube, Instagram, X, or TikTok.
3. How to enter
These are the ways to get an entry. Every entry, however you got it, goes into the same drawing and has the same chance of being selected.
a. Buy an evaluation. Buy a qualifying evaluation account from a participating firm using code TIMMY, then connect your Discord and submit your order number on this site. Each verified evaluation account counts as one entry. A 5-Pack bundle counts as five entries. Activation fees, resets, and add-ons do not count. There is no limit on entries earned this way.
b. Free mail-in entry. To enter without a purchase, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, Discord username, and phone number on a standard 3 inch by 5 inch index card and mail it to: Timmy's Dungeon Giveaway, 1032 E Brandon Blvd #3291, Brandon, FL 33511. Each properly completed card we receive counts as one entry, there is no limit on the number of cards you may send, and each card has exactly the same chance of winning as a purchased entry. To count for a given week, a card must be postmarked within that weekly entry period and received in time for that week's drawing.
c. Other free methods. From time to time we may offer additional free ways to earn an entry. Any such method is free, is described where it is offered, and is subject to its own terms. No purchase is ever required to use them.
4. Who can enter
Open to individuals who have reached the age of majority in their country, state, or province of residence at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Where local law requires it, for example residents of Canada, a selected winner may need to correctly answer a skill-testing question before receiving a prize. Winners are responsible for following the laws of their own country and for any taxes, duties, or fees that apply to a prize where they live, and prizes are subject to the prize firm's own country eligibility (see section 6). Employees and contractors of the sponsor, of any firm supplying a prize, and of anyone helping to run this giveaway, and members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible to win. One person, one Discord account. Creating extra accounts to get more entries disqualifies all of them.
5. Entry period
The giveaway runs on a weekly cycle. Each entry week starts Sunday at 12:00 AM Eastern and ends Saturday at 11:59 PM Eastern. Accounts bought and verified inside that window are eligible for that week's drawing, held the following Sunday. Entries do not carry over. Each week starts fresh.
6. Prizes
Each weekly period has its own prize list, announced in the Timmy's Dungeon Discord at the start of that period, showing every prize and its approximate retail value. Prizes are prop firm evaluation accounts. An evaluation is a paid test set by the firm. Winning one does not mean you will pass it, get funded, or receive a payout, and we do not promise any of that. Prizes are awarded as is with no warranty. There is no cash alternative, substitution, or transfer, except at our discretion. Prizes are supplied through the firm named on the prize list, and that firm's own rules, eligibility, and terms apply to the account. If a firm refuses or cancels a prize account for a reason on the winner's side, we are not required to replace it.
7. Winner selection and notification
Winners are drawn at random from all eligible entries for that week, every Sunday, and announced in the Timmy's Dungeon Discord. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received that week. We contact winners through their connected Discord account. If we cannot reach you, or you do not claim within 7 days, we may draw an alternate. We may ask you to confirm your eligibility in writing and to sign a liability release before we deliver a prize. All drawing decisions are final.
8. Taxes
You are responsible for any tax you owe on a prize. Where the law requires it, we will need a completed Form W-9 from you (or the equivalent tax form for where you live) before we can deliver a prize, and we may report the value of prizes to the IRS or your local tax authority. In the United States, prizes worth $600 or more to one winner in a calendar year may be reported on a Form 1099. We cannot give tax advice. Ask your own tax professional.
9. Fraud, changes, and disqualification
Entries that are incomplete, invalid, duplicated, fraudulent, or submitted in bad faith, including fake or unverifiable order numbers, will be disqualified. If a purchase is refunded, charged back, cancelled, or rejected by the firm, the entries it earned are removed. We may change, suspend, or cancel this giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or anything else outside our control affects how fairly it runs. We are not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or not received for any reason.
10. Liability
By entering you release the sponsor, its owners, employees, and contractors, and every firm supplying a prize, from any liability for loss, injury, or damage connected with this giveaway or with accepting or using a prize. Futures trading involves a substantial risk of loss.
11. Privacy and publicity
We use what you submit, including your Discord account, your name, your order details, and anything you write on your mailed entry card, to verify entries and purchases, run the giveaway, choose and contact winners, credit Dungeon Points and rank where a firm qualifies, spot fraud and duplicate accounts, contact you about the program, and operate and improve our services. Our Privacy Policy explains this in full, including who we share it with. If you win, you agree we can publish your first name and Discord username to announce it, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
12. Odds and records
We keep a record of every entry received in each period, free and purchased, and of which method each winner used. You can request a list of winners for any period by opening a ticket in the Timmy's Dungeon Discord or by writing to the mailing address in section 2.
13. General
If any part of these rules is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Failing to enforce a rule once does not waive it. These rules, and any dispute relating to this giveaway, are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You and Timmy's Dungeon will first try to resolve any dispute informally. Any dispute not resolved informally will be settled by binding individual arbitration before a recognized arbitration service, such as the American Arbitration Association, under its consumer rules, rather than in court, and both sides waive any right to a jury trial. To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes will be handled only on an individual basis, and you waive any right to bring or join a class action. Any claim not subject to arbitration will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
